What's That? Game

Description

What's That? is a photo card game that expands your students' vocabulary by having them practice describing everyday objects and talking about the different materials they are made of.

The game expands vocabulary in a playful way, developing description skills when comparing everyday objects and different materials. The game also practices questioning, affirmation, and negation.

The game consists of 132 cards divided into different categories: two sets of 55 cards (one set with photographic images of items and one set with five clues to identify the items), 11 material cards, and 11 cards with suggested questions and possible answers.

  • The guide in Spanish contains instructions and tips on how to play the game both in class or at home with friends, as well as in distance learning online classes.
  • A video tutorial for using ELI games is available online at the ELI Multimedia channel.

©2023. Spanish. Two or more players or teams. Contains 132 cards and a game guide. Level 1–2.
