Standalone activities are a pillar of language teaching and learning, but daily and weekly routines are another firm pillar on which to build community, proficiency, and confidence. This session shares tried-and-true routines for different phases of a class period, helping teachers support students with both variety and continuity.

Teacher’s Discovery is all about helping teachers grow their skills and provide their students with top-notch instruction and materials. Because ongoing professional growth is essential for a robust World Language program, Teacher’s Discovery offers a variety of training options focused on high-leverage, research-informed, classroom-tested strategies.

All sessions are designed and facilitated by veteran teachers and trainers led by Justin Slocum Bailey, Director of Teacher Training.  Effective teaching involves identifiable, learnable skills that the team is excited to help you hone!
