Learning is tiring. Learning a new language can be extra-tiring. At the same time, learning a language requires a high level of attention and mental clarity, so that the brain can accurately and repeatedly make the connection between language form and meaning. This is made more difficult by both fatigue and stress. Brain breaks are a way to boost energy, reset attention, and, if necessary, reduce stress. The brain breaks in this session will help you help your students learn with improved energy and attention, and have fun along the way!
