Kids love it

This is my first time using a class novel after dropping my textbook and jumping into Comprehensible Input. My German 2 students loved it. When I first read it myself I was uncertain. I was not immediately interested as much. But my students loved the drama between the characters and followed along pretty well. I liked the 2 sections of questions for each chapter. This allowed for enough discussion and comprehension checks.

Easy to read and understand

This book makes it easy to relate to everyday thoughts, conversations and conflicts in German for beginners. Recommended!
