Squads
In your Squad, expert CI/ADI trainers guide you as you practice, collaborate, and turn ideas into real classroom practice—all within a small group of teachers at a similar CI/ADI experience level.
Studies
In your Study, you will step into the role of a novice-level language learner! You’ll experience firsthand what it feels like to learn through the very strategies you’re exploring in your Squads.

Spotlights
Deepen your understanding of story-asking, assessment, or AI through your Spotlight. Each Spotlight allows you to slow down and go deeper, exploring one topic across all three days.
