Not appropriate for elementary students

I did not appreciate the 'how gross' rejoinder referring to an old woman (witch) in a bikini (along with illustration of bikini clad person). Neither the bear appearing in briefs/underwear, nor the tomato being surprised while sitting on a toilet were necessary.
The story of 2 different children's trip to use the toilet (at school) was also not needed (though I understand the humor of trying to imagine what could possibly take soooo long --obviously, the toilet must be a magic jet ski that's transported a student to a far away resort to play).
