Political Ideologies Skinny Poster

I can't wait to hang this one in my classroom (I know just where it will go). I'm certain there will be lots of views, questions, and comments. Learning will happen.

This was the first poster I bought for my middle school class room. The students of all grades (I teach 5-8) deal with some of these ideologies throughout the year. Puts a funny spin on some rough styles of governance (totalitarianism, fascism) in a way that the students will understand and remember.

Love the simplistic way to describe the different types of ideologies. it makes sense to the kids in a humorous way. I think the pictures for Communism and socialism are mixed up though. Communism mentions all the cows being in a barn controlled by the government, the picture for socialism shows the cows in the barn and the government handing out milk.
