Quite Interesting.

It's not bad, and most importantly great for students who are just beginning to learn Spanish. The plot and characters may be a bit questionable, but overall, the story is ok. Great for beginners, highly recommend this for your class.

This novel is perfect for our fall class

This novel is perfect for our fall class novel with my students who range in proficiency level from novice-mid to intermediate low.

Boringly interesting

I like the stories, but they’re not in color. It’s all black and white.

Tumba Spanish Novel

Tumba is the first Spanish novel I am using with my classes ever. We are several chapters in and the students are doing so well! The book sets my students up for success and I am so happy I was able to get this text to use with my students.

High interest

The theme of this book is really engaging my 8th graders. They enjoy the characters and it is well written with cognates and a complete glossary, which I appreciate. I am new to teaching with novels and I plan to use this book again.
