Mark Navarro grew up in rural Michigan and now lives in the Detroit area. He holds a degree in creative writing and English from the University of Michigan. A former secondary English teacher, Mark developed ELA curriculum for a charter school in Detroit. He currently works in communications and marketing at a national educational nonprofit organization.
Mark enjoys writing, running, Detroit sports, and all things Batman.
