She has studied abroad extensively in Mexico, including language and literature study at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, and earned her Master's degree in Secondary Education from Grand Valley State University.
Deb enjoys writing modern-day teen novels that high school kids can both relate to and learn from. Deb also enjoys singing and dancing in class and quoting the television show Seinfeld.
