Terracotta Warriors Excavation Kit Infantryman

I got this as a fun school thing for us students to do in history. It was fun but once you try and get all the clay like material off with water the, i think it's paint, starts coming off. Not only does is stain clothes and your hands, but your can't get it out of any fabric. As soon as water touches it the paint stains anything. Even the towel you try to dry it off with. So please be aware of this. This may be for kids 5+ but good gosh it ruins clothes. If they were going to put a terracotta warrior in clay then make the paint waterproof.
